Important Information for our EU and

regarding returning your unit for calibration
Since Brexit, sending your unit to us for calibration is slightly more complicated than before, but don't panic; it'll be absolutely fine if you follow these instructions:
- When sending your unit to us, please ensure you send your unit back as 'Returned Goods'. This enables us to send it back to you, without you being charged import VAT.
- As the calibration is a 'service' being provided within the UK, we do have to charge UK VAT on the calibration itself, but this is all included in the price you pay when you place your order.
- When sending from the Republic of Ireland we recommend sending your unit by ANPOST on a tracked service.
- When you book your shipment with ANPOST, it is imperative that you complete a CN22 form as shown below, with "Returned Goods" selected from the type of contents field and the value at €40, with the Item Description filled in as "Breathalyser".
- Please note, from 9th September 2024, ANPOST will levy a €4.95 administration charge for processing the paperwork when your breathalyser arrives back in Ireland, which they will request via email. We're sorry to say, we have no influence over this and apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
